What We Take on Referral

  • Growth modification and dentofacial orthopedics – guided jaw development in growing patients, including palatal expansion and early treatment
  • Complex treatment – severe crowding, impacted and missing teeth, and bite correction needing a full treatment plan
  • Digital orthodontics – digital scanning, 3D modeling, CBCT imaging and digital treatment planning, with custom appliances built from that data
  • Clear aligner therapy for teens and adults
  • Lingual orthodontics
  • Interdisciplinary cases – alignment for restorative, implant, periodontal and surgical plans
  • Surgical cases – orthodontic phases planned with your surgical team

How We Co-Manage

  • You keep the patient. Restorative and hygiene care stays with your office. We treat the orthodontic problem and send the patient back.
  • You get a plan, not a silence. After the initial records appointment we communicate the diagnosis and proposed sequence, and we tell you when the case is not one that needs orthodontics yet.
  • Sequencing is coordinated. For restorative, implant, periodontal or surgical cases, we agree on the order of treatment before appliances go on.
  • Records are shared. Scans, imaging and progress records are available to the referring office on request.
  • Timing questions are welcome before you refer. If you are unsure whether a young patient should be seen now or monitored, ask. An evaluation costs your patient nothing.
