Our dentist actually referred us to a different orthodontist, but we came to OMI for a second opinion and from the moment we walked in we felt so welcomed. The atmosphere was just very inviting. I also liked the concept of a team of orthodontists looking at my daughter’s case, as opposed to just one doctor. My seven year old loves coming here because they have video games in the lobby, so I don’t have to fight her about coming:) The orthodontic technicians are all super friendly and very patient. I would absolutely recommend OMI. Edited to add: We just went back for phase 2 of treatment and again we are so impressed with every person at OMI. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible experience.

Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever visited any establishment that was as nice and welcoming as OMI was. Literally every staff member was so friendly. They took great care of my daughter (and her emotional support stuffed animal). They walked us through the whole process, in a clear but not demeaning, way. I would definitely recommend them 10/10.

OMI is a great place. Dr. Johnson is fantastic and the kids love him. Everyone there has been awesome and so helpful on our braces journey for my 2 girls and will be also for my son. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

Dr. Johnson’s office has been such a positive experience for me, and Courtney deserves a huge shoutout. From the beginning, Courtney helped me determine if OMI was the best fit for me — and she was absolutely right. My care has been a little out of the ordinary, and if I’m going to need some extra attention throughout the process, I’m incredibly thankful it’s with OMI. Their care feels very individualized, and I’ve always felt like my comfort, concerns, and overall experience truly mattered. They’ve also made it easy to schedule comfort appointments when needed, and the chairside service is always kind, professional, and reassuring. I’m very grateful for Dr. Johnson, Courtney, and the entire team.

Our first visit to this office went very well. We were treated as guests rather than as customers. They have also modeled their offices to feel very homey with thoughtful interior design. That is a nice touch for helping ease patient's anxieties about dental procedures!! We felt as though everything was explained to us in a way that didn't sound read directly from a textbook. The time spent almost made us forget that we were in a dental office! They were very personable and genuine. We are looking forward to starting the journey with these great people!
