What Foods Should I Avoid with Braces?
Skip sticky, chewy, and hard foods like popcorn, gum, and hard candy. These can damage brackets or wires. Don’t worry…there are still plenty of delicious braces-friendly options!
Can I Play Sports with Braces?
Absolutely! Just wear a mouthguard to protect your teeth and appliances. We can provide guidance on the best mouthguards for athletes with braces, and we can even make a custom mouthguard!
